At Grow More Host, we strive to provide reliable and high-quality hosting services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are offered and under what conditions.


 

1. General Refund Terms

    • Refunds are offered only according to the rules stated below.

    • All refund requests must be made through our official support system.

    • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.


 

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Hosting Plans)

Grow More Host offers a 30-day refund on the following hosting services:

    • Shared Hosting

    • WordPress Hosting

    • Cloud Hosting (refund eligibility depends on resource usage)

Refunds will not be issued if:

    • You violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy

    • Your account was suspended for abusive or illegal activities

    • You used excessive server resources beyond normal usage patterns

    • You requested cancellation after 30 days


 

3. Non-Refundable Products/Services

The following cannot be refunded under any circumstances:

❌ Domain Registrations / Renewals / Transfers

These are non-refundable because they are processed through external registries.

❌ SSL Certificates

Once issued, they cannot be refunded.

❌ VPS Hosting (Managed & Unmanaged)

Once activated, VPS resources are immediately allocated and cannot be reclaimed, making the service non-refundable.

❌ Dedicated Servers / Special Configurations

Because these require custom setup and provisioning.

❌ Add-ons, Upgrades, and Extras

Including:

    • Backup services

    • Email add-ons

    • IP addresses

    • Software licenses (cPanel, LiteSpeed, WHMCS, etc.)

❌ Late Fees or Manual Service Charges


 

4. Renewal Payments

Renewal payments are non-refundable, as reminders are sent before renewal.
If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel before the renewal date.


 

5. Service Suspension or Termination

Refunds will not be provided for accounts suspended or terminated due to:

    • Policy violations

    • Abuse or illegal activity

    • Chargebacks or payment disputes

    • Fraud or misrepresentation

Chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.


 

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted only if:

    • A major service outage occurred due to Grow More Host’s fault

    • The hosting service was unavailable for an extended period

Partial credit may be added to your account instead of a monetary refund.


 

7. Payment Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, when possible.
Some payment methods (e.g., cryptocurrency) are non-refundable and may be refunded as account credit only.


 

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

    1. Log in to your Grow More Host Client Area

    2. Go to Support → Open Ticket

    3. Select Billing Department

    4. Provide your order number and reason for refund

Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.


 

9. Changes to Refund Policy

Grow More Host reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Changes take effect when posted on this page.
